Customers satisfaction is our main goal, that’s why we offer free returns on purchases made on thegolfguys.com. Free returns apply only to shipments within continental United States. You may return your NEW/UNUSED product to us within 30 days of purchase and you will receive a full refund of your original purchase price.

Items MUST be New & Unused to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Clubs that are hit, even if just a few times, are NOT eligible for a refund.

  • Personalized Items

Returns must be completed within 30 days of your receipt of the merchandise. If you purchase online you can return in the store or ship it back to us. Please use the form on our Free Returns Page to generate your free return label. Once you have completed the form you can either print the label at that time or have it emailed to yourself to print at a later time.

In order to assure a full and timely refund you must send the NEW/UNUSED product back in its original packaging or similar new packaging with all supporting items that came with it (such as head cover, wrench, etc.) and a copy of your original invoice. You will be charged for any missing items not returned.

If an item sent back for return is deemed to have been used and cannot be sold as new we will have to pro-rate the value of your refund or refuse the item upon arrival. Items that are sent back to us that are used and deemed defective and qualify for a manufacturer's warranty are not eligible for a refund.

By using the free returns service you agree to all of the above terms and conditions.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable and are not refunded if an item is sent back for whatever reason (return, exchange, warranty). Please CONTACT US for available options in a warranty situation.
