At The Golf Guys, we are dedicated to ensuring you're 100% satisfied with every purchase. That’s why we proudly offer FREE RETURNS on any item bought directly from our website, by phone, or in-store! If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you may return any new and unused item within 30 days for a full refund of the original purchase price.*

Please note that our FREE RETURNS policy applies only to orders shipped within the continental United States.

Important Points to Remember:
  • Return Window: All returns must be completed within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Promotional Purchases: If you’re returning items purchased under a “Buy More” promotion, your promotional discount will be adjusted on the remaining items when we process your refund. For example, if you bought two sale items with a $5 discount each, and you return one, the remaining item will no longer qualify for the discount, and we’ll adjust the refund accordingly.
  • Where to Return: Products can be returned in-store or by mail, regardless of where they were purchased.
  • Return Label: Use the form on our Free Returns page to generate a return label, which can be printed right away or emailed for later use. Required fields are marked with a diamond.
To Ensure a Full Refund:
Please return items that are new and unused, in the original or similar packaging, along with all original parts (like headcovers, wrenches, etc.) and a copy of your receipt. We may deduct charges for any missing items not returned.
  • Used Returns: Items returned with signs of use that cannot be sold as new may have a reduced refund or be refused.
  • Manufacturer Warranties: Used items with a defect covered by the manufacturer’s warranty are not eligible for a refund. Instead, we can help arrange a replacement, repair, or issue a store credit. Please contact us to explore warranty options.
  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are nonrefundable for any type of return or exchange.
