We offer free returns on eligible items purchased directly from The Golf Guys website.

  • Returns must be started within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be new, unused, and in sellable condition.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Free return shipping applies to eligible orders within the continental United States only.
Important: Golf clubs must be in new, unhit condition. Clubs that have been hit, even once, are not eligible for a refund.

  • Special orders
  • Certain drop-shipped items

Used or Restricted Items

  • New items that have been used
  • Used or previously-owned merchandise
  • Electronics
  • Golf bags
  • Package sets
  • Limited items such as certain putters or headcovers

🏪 In-Store Purchases

Purchases made in-store are eligible for store credit only. These purchases follow a separate in-store return policy, which may differ from our online return guidelines. Please contact our team if you have any questions before returning an item.

Need a different size, color, or product? We’ve got you covered.

  • Start a return for your original item.
  • Once we receive your item, we can process an exchange on your behalf.
  • No need to place a new order—we’ll take care of it for you.

If eligible, we’ll send you a return shipping label.

Drop It Off

Package your item securely and drop it off at a UPS location.

To Receive a Full Refund

  • Return the item in new, unused condition.
  • Include original packaging or similar protective packaging.
  • Include all original accessories such as headcovers, wrenches, manuals, and components.
  • Include your receipt, packing slip, or order information.

Missing accessories, damaged packaging, or incomplete returns may result in a reduced refund.

🚚 Shipping Fees

Return shipping is free on eligible website orders within the continental United States. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

🏷️ Promotional Purchases

If you return an item purchased as part of a promotion, your refund may be adjusted if the remaining items no longer qualify for the original discount.

🛠 Manufacturer Warranty

If an item has been used and later develops a defect, it may be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty rather than our return policy. We can help with warranty options such as repair, replacement, or store credit when applicable.

🚛 Drop-Ship Items

To offer a wider selection of products, some items are shipped directly from our vendor partners. These items may follow different shipping and return guidelines based on the vendor’s policies.
